This year since Crockett is a bit older and the weather was nice, so we decided to go to the annual City Lights parade in downtown Wichita Falls. We rode a trolley downtown and looked around at the train depot, which was VERY cool, walked through all the vendors and finally found our spot along the parade route. Clint, Leslie and Hadley Leggett joined us and somehow Clint got nominated to sit on the ground with the kiddos. He sat there so long, I think his legs were sound asleep when he finally tried to get up :) The parade was great and there were TONS and TONS of floats! We saw Mickey Mouse, which was SO exciting for Crockett, all of the local school bands marching and we even got to see SANTA and MRS. CLAUS!!! It was so much fun and a great way to get into the Christmas spirit! I love to watch Crockett's face light us when he sees everything. He thinks the lights are so cool and he even likes Santa this year, atleast from a distance! What a special Christmas this will be with our little man :)
